Customer service while waiting for your vehicle is good with coffee and television always ready. My vehicle is fixed and I never have had an issue with the repairs.

The service department is EXCELLENT. Had an issue with right side lifters and Ron Clark handled everything very professionally. Work was even completed before the promised date. I can't speak highly enough of the service department. The technician, I believe his name was Kenny, did a very clean and neat job on the repairs with no complaints at all. Service department is excellent but, I am concerned with the product. Less than 15,000 miles and needed right bank lifters and now I see a recall on the engine coming up. Makes me deeply concerned on switching from Ram / Jeep to Chevrolet.

When we bought the Acadia to drive away the gas gauge was buried on empty..we told Andrew about it and he did give us a $15.00 voucher for the gas station. We recently had it in for service..some warranty work some not.I told them about the body side molding on the driver's side coming loose and they thought it was a bodyshop quick fix but when we came to pick it up it wasn't done.We didn't want to leave it any longer so I'll fix myself.

Everyone is very friendly. I do believe there is something going on with the electronics in the 2020 Buick enclave I purchased 2 months ago (which is why I took it in) but since pushing a couple buttons reset everything, I think I'm not being heard. I made sure to request documentation that I was there so I can build my case. They tried to say cruise and camera backup lines are working (yes, because they reset them) so there's nothing for them to fix. I realize electronic stuff can be tricky, but we didn't purchase a diamond extended warranty just to be told nothing is wrong. Hopefully we'll be heard, and taken care of, in the future if the issues (or similar ones) continue. Barb Smithern

Two stars, the guy at the counter was very nice. The problem was when I was told that the shifter would need to be ordered it could take about 2 weeks, that was ok, then he said I'll call you back in a few mins I'll see if we can get one sooner, would you be able to leave your car over night. A few hrs went by he called me and said my cat was done they found a shifter. I went to pick up my car paid, he brought my car around, and when I got in the vent was popped out and my phone holder was on the floor. So someone ripped it out the vent instead unscrewing it, then there's a panel by drivers seat that was not pushed back in place. So I had to put my vent back in it's place and push the cover back on. I hope nothing goes wrong with car, I will find someone else to do the work.

Ironically, the service visit I am writing about never received a request for review. Despite following GM’s published warranty terms, I was denied warranty coverage by an authorized GM dealer and had to pay for the repairs myself. Details of Original Service: • Vehicle: 2015 Chevy Equinox • Dealer: Bill Estes Chevrolet, Indianapolis, IN • Date of Original Service: 08-23-2024 • Description of Work: Front brake pads and rotors installed with GM Genuine Parts • Mileage at Install: 153,071 Details of Defect Service: • Vehicle: 2015 Chevy Equinox • Dealer: Sundance Chevy, Grand Ledge, MI • Date of Original Service: 07-17-2025 • Description of Work: Front rotors warped and require replacement with GM Genuine Parts • Mileage at Install: 162,629 Bill Estes Chevrolet performed the repair using GM Genuine Parts, making it eligible for the 24-month/unlimited-mile nationwide warranty that covers both parts and labor at any authorized GM dealer. Warranty Issue: I have now experienced a failure/issue with the same component while well within the 24-month coverage window. I attempted to have this warranty repair performed at: • Dealer: Sundance Chevrolet, Grand Ledge, MI Despite providing full documentation (original repair order, proof of GM parts install, current mileage), Sundance Chevrolet refused to honor the warranty, claiming there was a clerical error (Mileage In/Out) on the invoice I provided from Bille Estes Chevrolet and did not cover the work. This position contradicts GM’s published policy that dealer-installed GM Genuine Parts carry a 24-month/unlimited-mile warranty valid nationwide at all authorized GM dealers. Attempts to Resolve: • I spoke with the Service Advisor (Jay Thomson) and Service Manager (Ryan Gasek) at Sundance Chevrolet, who both refused to honor the warranty repair. • I contacted GM Customer Assistance by phone, but the representative said they could not override the dealer’s refusal. I was forced to pay out-of-pocket for a repair that should clearly be covered under GM’s warranty program. Requested Resolution: I respectfully ask GM to authorize reimbursement to me for the cost of the necessary warranty repair performed at Sundance $346.72. I have been a loyal GM customer, and I believe in the brand’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. I am simply asking GM to honor its published warranty promise. I beought my car in for an pil leak. I alreqdy had three mechanics look at it and told me where the leak was at. I was quoted a rough once for the repair from your dealership of 400-600. After i brought it in i was then told after i had to call in three times that it would be 4800+. I came and got my car back. I was livid. Such a scam.

I didn't like that there was no communication about my vehicle all day until I called at 5 ready to pick it up. It took all day to get warranty approval. Only to be informed that the mechanics have left, my vehicle is apart and up in the air and I can't get it until the following morning. Mean while I needed to be to work and there was no loaners or rentals and the courtesy driver doesn't go to Ionia and no where to be found even after my vehicle was finished. Plus I was 35 minutes late to work. Not the service that I've had in the past.

I had made an appointment for 4:00 pm for an oil change and tire rotation.. Jess Moon was expecting me at 3:30 to test drive a different car and possibly trade my car in that I had bought from you a little over a year ago. I actually arrived at 3:20pm. Negotiations did not go as well as I had hoped, so ended up getting to my car oil change 45 minutes late. While waiting to get my car discussed with the service department who graciously allowed for the tardiness, Jess burst in with another offer. I had thought the negotiations were done...... I was unsure what to do.... I did come up in my price, but we could not come to an agreement. I was a bit shocked at how much the oil change had gone up and because I was tardy I had to wait an additional 45 minutes. The last time I brought my car in for service, the service department did not put a sticker on my car, so I had to rely on the sensor from my car for the life of my oil. Also, when they rotated my tires last time, the PSI indicators for my tires stopped working. I hope the extended warranty will cover those.

My experience with purchasing vehicle was great however service department was a different story. They were very kind and pleasant but once I picked up my vehicle I realized that they did not complete all the work. Inside of the roof was not cleaned and has a large stain that was written up. The bed of the truck and the tailgate was left dirty with I'm not sure exactly if it's soap or what all over it. Other than that they did a great job programmed my key fob completed the undercoating my service gentleman was very courteous and helpful.

The people at Sundance repair were very helpful. THE PROBLEM I HAVE IS THAT THE VEHICLE WAS SCHEDUALED TO BE REPAIRED UNDER THE EXTENDED WARRENTY THAT WE BOUGHT (FRONT CAMERA FAILED). General maintenance, oil change. Vehicle was taken in at appointment time and out within 30 minutes. I did have to wait about 10 extra minutes for the Desk person to cash out due to a customer he was waiting on when the truck was finished. I was glad to finish up however, as the road conditions were deteriorating quickly and getting very slick for my drive home.

I was told car should be done by the end of the day Friday and if not, first thing in the morning on Saturday. It wasn’t done that day, no big deal. Call the next day at noon and my advisor wasn’t working. No big deal. Nice lady who helped me looked into it, called me back and said it wasn’t done. Get a call Monday morning from my advisor who said it had been complete on Saturday. Overall the important thing was that it got fixed.
