Spoke with Ron Clark prior to our visit to discuss the car issues, was asked to make a list as to not forget any of the issues and got us a very prompt appointment. Ron greeted us upon arrival, discussed each issue, suggested some service options, and the costs associated. Since we were from Coldwater, Mi., Ron got us into a rental car so we could return home.
